Xandy Sussan has been a filmmaker and professional writer for over 10 years. In 2001, Xandy produced the award winning indie feature “Minimum Wage.” Throughout her career, she’s worked through the ranks at WB Animation, starting as a writer’s assistant on “Batman: The Animated Series,” “Pinky and The Brain,” “Superman” et al. Xandy soon became a regular series writer, contributor and story editor for pilots. From there on, Xandy sold many episodes of Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney series, before branching out on her own, as a freelance screenwriter and story editor.
Most recently, Xandy has been working with authors to organize and edit their manuscripts and screenplays, has been churning out short films and produced a destination docu-reality series pilot from pre-pro to post. Xandy now co-helms a new webseries, “Marshmallow Revolver,” and continues to carry her camera everywhere she goes, because she believes there’s always something worth shooting. Even herself.
